Who operates the store
Become Historic and the Prehistoric storefront are operated by FAASHAUS, LLC. In these terms, “Prehistoric,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to FAASHAUS, LLC. “You” refers to the person using the store or placing an order.
By using the store or submitting an order, you agree to these terms, our Returns, Cancellations and Presales Policy, and our Privacy Notice.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be able to enter a binding agreement to place an order. You are responsible for accurate account and checkout information, protecting your sign-in credentials and activity conducted through your account. Contact us promptly if you believe an account has been used without permission.
Products, pricing and availability
We try to present product descriptions, colors, artwork, measurements, pricing and availability accurately. Screen settings, photography, garment production and normal manufacturing variation may cause minor differences. We may correct errors, update information or limit quantities. If a material error affects an order, we will contact you and offer an appropriate correction or cancellation.
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes are added at checkout. Discounts apply only under their stated conditions and may not be combined unless we say otherwise.
Orders and payment
Submitting checkout is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgment does not require us to accept an order. We may decline or cancel an order for suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, payment problems, product unavailability or other reasonable operational concerns. If we cancel after receiving payment, we will provide a prompt refund.
Available payment methods may include Venmo and payment at pickup. Venmo payments are completed through Venmo and are also subject to Venmo’s terms and privacy practices. An order requiring advance payment may remain pending until we confirm receipt.
Presales
A presale lets you reserve a product before its production run is complete. Each presale product page identifies the order window and expected production or pickup timing. Those dates are good-faith estimates based on information available when the campaign is published, not guarantees.
You may cancel a presale order for a full refund until its campaign enters production. Once production begins, the order is final except when an item is defective, damaged or incorrect. If an expected fulfillment date changes materially, we will notify affected customers and provide any cancellation or refund option required by applicable law.
Local pickup
The store currently offers local pickup only. We will provide pickup instructions when the order is ready. You are responsible for supplying current contact information and collecting the order within the communicated pickup window. Ownership and risk of loss pass to you when the order is delivered at pickup.
Returns, defects and exchanges
Our Returns, Cancellations and Presales Policy is part of these terms. After production begins, sales are final except for defective, damaged or incorrect merchandise. Size exchanges are available only when suitable replacement inventory exists.
Store content and permitted use
The store, branding, product artwork, photography, copy, graphics and software are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the store for personal shopping. You may not copy, resell, scrape, disrupt, reverse engineer or misuse the store or its content without permission.
Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, the store is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the store or products. Our total responsibility for a product claim will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes warranties, remedies or responsibilities that cannot legally be limited.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms as the store changes. The effective date identifies the current version. Changes apply prospectively and do not alter an order already accepted unless required by law or agreed with you.
These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another law must apply.
